LLC Filing Fees	Domestic and foreign LLCs may register with Business Services by filing an Organization/Registration of Limited Liability Company. The filing fee is $125.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	Ohio offers informal name availability information by telephone by phone at (614) 466-3910 or (877) 767-3453, and by email at busserv@sos.state.oh.us. Ohio organizers may reserve a LLC name by filing Form 534 with Business Services. The name reservation remains effective for 180 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	LLCs are not required to file annual reports.
