LLC Filing Fees	Domestic LLCs may register with the Division by filing Articles of Organization and submitting a filing fee of $125. A foreign LLC wishing to conduct business in North Carolina must file an Application for Certificate of Authority and submit a filing fee of $125.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	North Carolina organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application to Reserve an LLC name accompanied by a filing fee of $10. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	Domestic and foreign LLCs must file an annual report by the fifteenth day of the fourth month after the close of the fiscal year. The filing fee is $200.
