LLC Filing Fees	Organizers wishing to register with the Bureau must file Articles of Organization and submit a filing fee of $50. Foreign LLCs wishing to do business in New Mexico must file an Application for Registration along with a filing fee of $100.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	Request for name reservation may be made in writing to the Public Registration commission. The filing fee is $20.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	LLCs are not required to file annual reports.

LLC Tax Summary	New Mexico LLCs must file a New Mexico Income and Information Return for Pass Through Entities (Form PTE). LLCs that file a federal corporate income tax return are required to pay the New Mexico Franchise Tax ($50 per year).
