LLC Filing Fees	To organize, an LLC must file a Certificate of Formation (Form No. LLC1) and submit a filing fee of $35. A foreign LLC must file an Application for Registration as a foreign LLC and submit a filing fee of $200.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	LLCs may reserve a name by filing an Application for Reservation of Name and submitting a filing fee of $15. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	Domestic and foreign LLCs doing business in New Hampshire must file an Annual Report with the Division each year by April 1. The Division issues pre-printed forms by mail to all registered LLCs in January. The filing fee is $100.

LLC Tax Summary	LLCs with more than $50,000 in annual gross receipts from business activity within New Hampshire must file a Business Profits Tax return. The Business Profits Tax rate is 8.5%. LLCs with more than $150,000 in annual gross receipts from business activity within New Hampshire must file a Business Enterprise Tax return. The Business Enterprise Tax rate is .75% of the enterprise’ s value.
