LLC Filing Fees	The fee for filing Articles of Organization (on Form No. MLLC-6) is $175. A foreign LLC must file an Application for Authority to do Business (Form MLLC-12) and submit a filing fee of $250.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	Maine organizers may reserve a name by filing form MLCC-1 and submitting a filing fee of $25. The reservation is effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	Domestic and qualified foreign LLCs must file an Annual Report by June 1. The filing fee is $60. Annual Report forms are not available online but may be ordered by contacting the Corporate Reporting and Information Section at (207) 624-7752.

LLC Tax Summary	Most LLCs must file Maine’s Partnership Return (1065ME). The return is required for informational purposes only. LLCs classified as corporations for federal tax purposes must file a Corporation Income Tax Return (1120ME).
