LLC Filing Fees	The fee for filing Articles of Organization and is $90. A foreign LLC may register by filing an Application for Certificate of Authority of a Foreign Limited Liability Company and submitting a filing fee of $90.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees	Indiana offers free preliminary name availability information by telephone (317) 232-6576 or online at www.ai.org/sos/bus_service/online_corps/default.asp. Indiana organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing a name reservation application along with a $20 fee. The reservation is effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	Indiana LLCs must file a biennial Indiana Business Entity Report every two years by the last day of the month in which the LLC was originally registered. The fee filing the report is $30, although a $20 online filing fee is available.
