LLC Filing Fees	The fee for filing a Certificate of Formation is $90. The qualification filing fee for a foreign LLC is $100.
LLC Name Reservation Information	Name availability can be checked by following the “Name Reservation” link on the left menu bar on the website. The name reservation is done online, and the fee is $75.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements	An LLC’s annual Franchise Tax report is due in March. Forms are mailed to resident agents in December and the filing fee is $25.

LLC Tax Summary	All Delaware LLCs are required to pay a minimum Franchise Tax of $200, due by June 1 of each year.
